Recipe for SALMON TARTARE
Salmon fish (pescado)
Capers (alcaparras)
Dill (eneldo)
Lemon
Chives (cebollino)
Pepper (pimienta)
Salt
Shallots (chalotes)
White Onion (cebolla blanca)
beet root (remolacha
Chop and mix everything except the beetroot, and put it in the fridge until next day when it will be ready to eat
Se mezcla todo con la verdura picada, menos la remolacaha, se mete en la nevera hasta el dia sgte y listo para comer

Peel and boil beetroot until soft
Slice beet root and make a base, use mold to put mixture on top

Recipe for Mean Green Juice
I'd like to teach the world to juice!
After watching the documentary "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead", we decided to try a 10 day juice fast. The first 4 days were pretty tough, but after that we both felt much more energetic, better able to fall asleep at night, better at waking up in the morning, and feeling much less cravings for sweet and fatty junk foods. I read that wheat grass juice helps reduce dependency on addictive substances. Our juicing didn't include wheat grass, but we could certainly both feel the effect of better self control. Therefore, welcome to our ironically titled blog :-)
