Salmon Tartare



Recipe for SALMON TARTARE

Salmon fish (pescado)
Capers  (alcaparras)
Dill (eneldo)
Lemon
Chives (cebollino)
Pepper (pimienta)
Salt
Shallots (chalotes)
White Onion (cebolla blanca)
beet root (remolacha

Chop and mix everything except the beetroot, and put it in the fridge until next day when it will be ready to eat
Se mezcla todo con la verdura picada, menos la remolacaha, se mete en la nevera hasta el dia sgte y listo para comer

Peel and boil beetroot until soft

Slice beet root and make a base, use mold to put mixture on top
