Orange Salmon

 Salmon

 Salt

 Juice of about 3 or 4 Oranges
Jugo de 3 o 4 Naranjas

 Honey
Miel

 Ground Black Pepper
Pimienta Negra Molida

Ready to bake.
Listo para hornear

Bake for about 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C), keep covering the Salmon with the juice using a spoon
(Hornear por 45 minutos at 350°F y cubrir el salmon con la salsa

We added some mushrooms and a home made marinade sauce of garlic, onions, spring onions, ground black pepper, capsicum and olive oil blended in a food processor
En el horno anadimos champignones y una salsa sin agua que hicimos en el procesador con ajo, aceite de oliva extra virgen, cebolla, pimenton, cebollin, pimienta negra granulada.
